At all costs, I just must, my folks depend on me, and they are already hitting old age, so it's on me to see my siblings go through school and make something of themselves.

On the other hand, my folks also depend on me for they have invested so much in my education life, so at least as a good gesture, what I prefer to call it, I should take care of them too someday". Without even realizing it, we were already done with our assigned tasks, and within such a short period of emotionally filled atmosphere, we were joining the other kids in playtime. It doesn't matter if your biological or sexual orientation, you must show up at all costs, but an unfair society will always judge you based on mare understanding as if the plain field is well spread.

Failure or loss of life of an "investment" subjects the parent to the great depression and sympathy from society as their path to a hopefully better future is dimmed, unclear, or somewhat hard. And to them, "our light has dimmed," making being born in a less established family such a complex take in life more than even hardships in life itself.

As much as it's the reality of life, it will have to be sometimes for as long as poverty and moral consciousness exist. Parents should realize the weight this kind of "investment" subjects their children. Each one should strive while providing for their families, which happens to be an essential requirement as a parent to their kids to try and ensure they don't end up being more of a burden to their children as they try and make something of themselves later in life. Children are required to focus primarily on their personal growth and development, investing in their future, and have something to their name other than debts and stress on how to live another day in these complex and constantly hardening to live in living standards. Use your working days to put something aside for retirement. Invest in a long-term enterprise that is even much better than just saving in banks, let your investments grow as they await your old age to serve you, and help your children and children have a smooth path in establishing themselves.
