Hey buddy, what are you making? Is that a cross, let me guess you making a necklace?

No, I'm making a cross, I found this little ant crushed on the footwalk and his friends were carrying him, so I took him to help them now I want to bury him.

So why the cross and do you think they were going to bury him or eat him?

Dad, they don't eat the dead. The cross has two poles, pointing up and down to show the body is here and the spirit in the sky with ant_god, then the other points east-west, they'll never see each other again they going different ways and the joint shows this is where they met last in flesh.

Wow, son, where did you learn that?

Do you think it's true?

The teacher said it is, and I see on TV when one dies, they bury him. Isn’t that good to do daddy? If you don't god will punish you.

Well, buddy, that’s what they say but it doesn't mean it's the truth always. Ants eat the dead, they don't bury them. But it’s okay, come seat here let me tell you something.

Promise we go play catch when we are done.

Yeah, I promise. Listen, buddy.

I know you are still a little bit young but if you can listen then you'll get one or two. You see anything that goes against the rule of truth, is taught to young people when their logical brain isn't well developed, you are past that. I have no plans of teaching you stuff by manipulating your feelings. So listen, the world isn't fair, it will never be, but it can change when you change your perspectives.

You see son, the world speaks, through everything; rocks, trees, water, wind, animals. But hardly through people. People speak for themselves, and own selfish interests thinking they making the world better without taking a look at the mirror to see the real problem.  They ask you to change when they are the real problem, taking their frustration on you.

Sometimes you'll hear them loud on the media and streets, I don't care what anybody thinks or says about me. It’s good to believe so, but when you are in a world where our interactions are with fellow, we are social beings, and our livelihoods are connected in some way. It’s okay to do what you want, but wait until no one wants to associate themselves with you, because of your character or behaviour. Always be cautious of the ones around you. But know when to stop. Not everyone sees the world as you do. To you, looks might never be of keen interest just but brains, but you'll meet a person who solely concludes based on looks, the first sight of you determines whether to give you a chance or not. Always balance, no who you dealing with.

You see son, they'll tell you to wait until you have a daughter then you'll understand what feminism is all about, wait until the same is served to your brother or mother then you'll realize why you should or shouldn't.  Then they'll go on with; wait until you lose someone close then you'll realize the pain. That's not always the case son. Sometimes having a child will make you wish you never gave birth to one and having a family make you wish you were never born. Opening up make you realize it's scam and maybe losing someone close will make you realize that life has no meaning nor purpose, we just come and go and you'll never see death as something to be afraid of. it's okay to be different! It’s always what the masses believe buddy, and whatever seems right to you will be wrong if fellows are the object scale. It's okay not to marry, have a family or live.

You see buddy, going to school, having a job, a family and going to church, and having a retirement home later with grandkids is considered the noblest act in life, maybe even regal, a life considered a well-lived life. You see buddy the funny thing about us is, when you change your way of thinking, from the "normality" of life when you want to see real reason when needed, fellow earthlings think you are insane, crazy and wish all the worst things in life, it's a pity if you go against the normals, you don't even deserve to live not even a single blessing should come your way. Faith or hope should never be a substitute for stupidity buddy, if you were born with a brain, you should use it.

Bridge under water, flooded bridge or water over the bridge makes more sense, they'll say not some "River over the bridge". But that's what they want and they feel is right. Language isn't reason or idea, they'll never ask why just go with what they feel then. Listen, son, it’s good to respect your culture, and the ways of men before you, but know when it makes sense.

Son is okay to move out of your ancestral land and start a life somewhere else. Times are changing, populations are increasing, and land is becoming scarce so don't expect your fourth generation to be stuck in the same place. Lead a life you can manage, honest and to yourself and ancestors will understand. Most of the beliefs were founded on collective beliefs, with no logic to them. Time will show, don’t worry. Just don't wallop a plate or sufuria, it's gross son, hahaha.

Always trust your gut son. Take care of your health. Health is wealth. They'll never tell you that as the first thing in school. They do this only when you encounter a sick character in a chapter or economics class when the hospital bill calculated is very high. If you treat your body right, it will tell you all the right things even when it needs water, then you won't need to walk around with crazy-looking water bottles in the streets.

A life not shared is not a life lived. When you get people ready to hold your hand when things get dark, be cautious but never lose them. Things get tight at times, always try and fix them together. If you get a family, lead through integrity, and you'll be hurt less. Hit their faces with hard truth rather than lick their asses to make them smile. Sorry, I said a bad word. But you see, not always as you think things should be.

You see buddy, you’ll never be okay till you stop comparing, it’s the master assassin of joy. When you hit rock bottom and are stripped to naked existence, how do you find life worth it? assess if you can wake up again, everyone expects you to bounce back. To live is to suffer, but finding meaning in suffering counts and if you have an urge to live, you can go through. Never aim at success or perfection, the more you aim at it and make it a target the more you gonna miss it. Always know you can find a way out, when you relax and look around, not comparing but accepting and having a plan. Son no one got your back as their priority, so push yourself and if it gets tough and you feel like ending it, try to give the last fight and go with honor. it’s okay for as long as it makes sense to you.

Son, look deep into the eyes of man, rise on your feet when greeting a man, bla bla bla, give a lady space. Son if it feels right to you then do it, dickheads will never do that to you if you are a nobody, the dickheads run this world son, then they'll set standards to tame you. Death is the only consolation the poor use to give them hope against the rich, hard or die. Don't be afraid to make bold moves, when you succeed seal it. Always take care of those you eat with. They'll tell you there's no honour among thieves, feed on that!

 

Read books, watch, listen and speak less but take action, that's the purpose of knowledge. It's okay to react when offended, get pisssed but just be aware of your reaction. They tell you it's silly, you shouldn't be susceptible, be a man but they fail to tell the difference with logical reasons, just some other social constructs.

If you want to quit any of the set life paths; school, work make sure you have a plan, not one but a couple and go hard on them. Always open your eyes. Learn to be alleviated with what you have. Gratitude carries real happiness. 

Anyway, buddy never is scared to be unique as long as you are real, there's always this, that and a " someone must have said" to tame you. Just don't believe everything you are told, it's okay to question and seek better insight.
